Will design and build the proper lubrication pump to satisfy the customer requirements. The information below is to be used as a reference for pumping and finish size only. These gerotor types are standards and available for production. Additional types and sizes are designed upon request. Please contact the factory direct for more information.

Sizing The Gerotors

Given the required discharge in gallons per minute; and available pump drive speed in revolutions per minute, determine the cubic inches displacement per revolution

(GPM x 231)

The thickness is determined by dividing the cubic inches displacement per revolution by the pumping area of the gerotor or gerotors selected.

Example: Design requirement of 5 GPM at 2000 RPM
 
5 x 231 = .577 cubic inches per revolution.

A 4113 gerotor, 2 3/8'" diameter x .51" thick, a 6170 gerotor, 3" diameter x .34" thick, or a 12131 gerotor, 3 1/4" diameter x .44" thick can be used.
